Many schools in West Sussex didn’t utilise their full National Tutoring Programme Grant in 21/22 and had funds reclaimed by the DfE. Feedback from schools that didn’t use the grant included that schools found the guidance and necessary administration complex.

We can provide one to one support for your Bursar / School Business Manager to explore ways of using the grant, to calculate the cost of running a programme, to complete information required for the census and to complete the end of year funding return. This will most likely be split into two / three sessions as needed throughout the year.

This is separate to, but can be run in conjunction with, the School Led Tutoring package delivered in-house by our trained interventions team to your pupils.
