Grade 4 Teaching Assistant

Permanent, full time positions available.

Full time staff work 35 hours per week, term time only - 8.45 to 4pm Monday to Friday (5pm on Tuesdays).

Grade 4 (scp 5-6) TA starting salary for 35 hour week = £15112.22

Interested applicants need to have an interest and experience in meeting the needs of learners with a wide range of special needs and the ability to contribute positively to a team of class staff. We are keen to hear from applicants with relevant backgrounds who have experience working with any age range between 2-19 years.

Senior IT Technician

Woodlands Meed is a foundation special school, split over two sites in Burgess Hill, for pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties and complex special needs, including Autistic Spectrum Condition and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties. We are also a Specialist School for Communication and Interaction. 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated IT professional with a breadth of IT experience. The successful candidate will support the provision of high quality and professional ICT support service to all staff and students.

NJC Grade 8 (£25,295 to £27,905) - pro rata starting salary £22,960 p/a (pay award pending)
