Update on new college building and revised Autumn Term Start Date - 17th November 2023

As we now approach the end of term and look forward to the Christmas activities, we had also been looking forward to inviting you to see the new college building ready for students in the New Year.

Sadly, this is not going to be the case. 

Following recent site visits and discussions with WSCC we are agreed that most disappointingly the building is not going to be completed in time to an acceptable standard.

At the time of writing, we do not have a proposed date for completion.  We will be meeting WSCC and ISG shortly to try to resolve the barriers to a satisfactory completion, and will issue a further update as soon as we have further information.

We all understand just how frustrating this is, but we and WSCC are determined that the building will be completed to a satisfactory standard so it will serve pupils well, long into the future, without a legacy of construction and maintenance issues.

On a happier note, we are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the Christmas Fair at the School building on Saturday 25^th November.
