Friday: Relaxing and remembering
Task: Carly, Debbie, Helen and Sue have each made a video of themselves doing an activity that helps them relax or they find helps to keep them calm. Why not share these ideas with your family and do 1 of these activities together (you can do more than 1 if you like). Task: At the end of the day empty your thankful jar, sharing them with your family and remember all the things you’ve had to be thankful for this week.
Remember: A small act of kindness will not only make the person receiving it smile and feel positive but it will also make the person doing it feel good.
