Meet the Woodlands Meed Careers Team

Nola Bennett

Careers Leader

In my role as Careers Leader across the Woodlands Meed organisation, I oversee a relevant and engaging Careers programme which meets the differing needs and requirements of our students. This is developed throughout a student’s time at the school and college and is always supportive of their abilities, strengths and skills.  I achieved a level 6 University Certificate in Career Leadership at Canterbury University in 2019. This course equipped me with skills and knowledge to effectively lead a quality careers programme.

Jenny Fisher

MJC Careers Education Coordinator

In my role as the MJC Careers Education Coordinator, I lead the delivery of an inclusive careers programme that helps students and alumni develop the skills, confidence and experiences they need to move into employment, further education, training and volunteering opportunities. Working closely with students, families, employers and staff, I coordinate work experience placements, employer engagement activities and supported employment opportunities that prepare our young people for adulthood and the world of work. I am passionate about raising aspirations and creating meaningful opportunities for students with SEND, and I am committed to helping every young person reach their full potential.
