The wellbeing team support pupil behaviour across school and college, advising and supporting classes, working with individual pupils on managing their feelings, and working with families to support behaviour at home. They support pupils who are experiencing particular crises, but also work with pupils proactively, helping them build resilience and tolerance, conquer anxieties and find healthier, safer ways to express themselves when feel distress. They currently run specialist courses for parents to help maintain boundaries and behaviour expectations at home, where pupils are displaying particularly challenging behaviour.
