This session will answer your questions about  inclusion and by the end of the course you will have a better understanding of what inclusion is, how it effects you and your company and any myths dispelled.

Become more Inclusive

At the end of  this session you will understand how to overcome barriers and  identify the benefits to creating  an inclusive workforce. You will also be able to recognise the practices your company may already have in place  and take home an action place of adjustments that could be made.

Making the recruitment process accessible

This session will analyse your current recruitment processes and enable you to adapt it to more inclusive and attract a wider range of candidates.

Making the Induction process more inclusive

During this session We will guide you through some of the best practices for a more inclusive on—boarding process and arm you with the tools to enhance you communication processes.
