Lego Therapy
Through Lego therapy, children can learn to communicate with others, express their feelings, change their behavior, and develop problem-solving skills and a relationship with the world around them. At Woodlands Meed we can take children in small groups or on a 1:1 basis depending on their needs. During the sessions they focus on collaborative Lego building projects to prompt interaction among the children and help them come up with their own solutions. Our young learners can express their different interests through brick building as well as work with others to give and follow instructions. It’s a fun way to build upon existing interests and emerging skills.
